Some functionalities such as NullDateTimeIsZero option can only be tested with a full setup write on a real DB.
Functional test base should include:
- ability to launch a full instance of the proxy
- basic configuration options the tested instance can run with
- utility functions such as getConnection(), getConnectionToDirectDatabase(), create/dropTable(), etc.

Fixed. FunctionalTest junit tests written and now part of ant test
