Allow wildcard-style database name in user.map
----------------------------------------------

Key: MYO-110
URL: https://forge.continuent.org/jira/browse/MYO-110
Project: Tungsten Connector
Type: Improvement

Reporter: Gilles Rayrat
Assigned to: Gilles Rayrat
Fix For: 0.6.9

When working with number of databases, it can be very painful to add one line per database in the user.map.
A syntax like:
user pass * host
and
@direct user * url
would greatly help

Gilles Rayrat commented on MYO-110:
-----------------------------------

Note: database name is ignored in regular connections definitions when use with SQL router
Allowing wildcards for direct connection would be sufficient to make this feature work
